By using Ridgework you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Description of Service
Ridgework is a project and inventory tracking tool for makers, craftspeople, and small business owners. We offer a free tier and a paid Pro subscription at $10/month.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Payments and Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $10/month via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Ridgework for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the service. You own all data and content you create in Ridgework.
Limitation of Liability
Ridgework is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss of data or business interruption. We recommend regularly exporting your data using the CSV export feature.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
