I started woodworking in 2020. I’d just moved into my first condo with no furniture, and figured that for the cost of buying a piece, I could buy the tools and build it myself — if it sold, it sold; if not, I’d keep it.
It sold. So I built another. And another. A few hundred farmhouse tables later, Rustic Ridge Designs was a real business — and I had a real problem: how do I actually track my sales, inventory, costs, and taxes?
